Abbey Carpet of Everett WA is absolutely incredible! I had been shopping around to find laminate flooring for my older home. The number one thing I was looking for when deciding on who to go with was the product. I knew what I wanted and I wanted it to be in stock and available. They carried the product which was great! They were not the cheapest yet they were not the highest bid that I received.
Chrystal who came out to do some measuring and get the bid ready took pictures of part of the flooring that needed attention prior to the work being performed. She is the only one who did that while giving me an estimate. She immediately sent the pictures to Jessie, the carpenter to see if he could make the repairs. She no sooner sent the pictures when a response came back that in fact, he could and would do the work. No other company bidding for this job took the effort to do this step and that was my deciding factor to hire them. The craftsmanship that Jessie did turned out absolutely perfect and I really did not expect it to. This job took five days total and the professionalism from Jessie and all the installation crew was nothing but spectacular. Every time they left for the day, everything was clean and tidy! They were on time every day that this job took! Jessie really did a good job on this floor and I told him I was going to tell everyone which he kinda kidded with me not to, which makes me think he really doesn't work that hard, meaning if more people knew what skill he had he would be very busy! I intend on having them install carpeting in my home soon and I look forward to working with them again!
