Used Abbey Carpet for the first time, recently, and was very pleased with the service. All of the employees were knowledgeable and competent, as well as kind. The salesperson at the store was very helpful, and the workers who came to install the carpet were on time, efficient, and through and through entirely professional. They were attentive to the task and were friendly and responsive when I had questions and/or specific areas I wanted special attention paid to. The price of the carpet itself was a bit high, but all in all it felt completely worth it.
I was very impressed with their professional nature, and I would absolutely use them again!
