I have used Valley Remnants & Rolls twice now, and they have done an excellent job with each experience. The first time I was looking for green carpet to go into my walk in closet. The salesperson showed me around, and when I picked one out, he let me know it had to be ordered, so it would take a few weeks to arrive. I really appreciated how upfront he was about the delivery time. I have no issues waiting, as long as I'm informed of the timeframe. And once the carpet arrived, they got installed really fast! They had that done in about an hour, and it was done perfectly, with no issue.
I used them the second time when I realized the carpet in my bedroom needed to be replaced. This time I was looking for some blue carpet, which wasn't as hard to find as the green! Once here, there was only one installer that showed up, so it took him a little longer to get it done, but he did a really good job. We had cleared out most of the items in the bedroom, but he helped us in getting the antique bed out of the room. Not only that, once he finished he helped us get it back in. He did a really nice job, it came out perfectly!
