We have already referred Valley Remnants & Rolls to others, as they were referred to us. At first, we thought due to the name, it would be like a second hand store. We were wrong. Immediately upon entering the store, someone was there to help us. We really appreciate that he listened to what we were looking for and was very accommodating. He was able to guide us toward what we described and were interested in. His suggestions turned out to be exactly what we wanted. The area rug that we purchased was perfect with them adding a border around the entire rug. The whole thing turned out really lovely with them putting black edging on all four sides of the rug. They did this so carefully that it turned out perfect! We are very pleased with the experience and extremely pleased with the finished product. I would never hesitate to use them again, in fact we were just talking about replacing another rug in our home and plan on going to Valley Remnants & Rolls for that rug as well. They provided exactly what we wanted at a very good price.
