Valley Remnants & Rolls was courteous, fast, and done perfectly! I could not be more satisfied! This was my first experience with the company, as I had carpet done, and I wanted a remnant bound to a small area rug. I looked companies up online and found Valley Remnants. The person who worked on my rug was excellent! They will be my first choice if I ever need this done again, and I'd absolutely recommend them to others!
