I was not happy with the installation because the installers scratched the floor when they moved the dryer back in place. I contacted the company and they sent a person back to buff it out. He removed most of the scratch but it is still visible. I feel I paid a lot of money for a new floor. I was going to pursue this even if they had to remove and replace the new flooring but my Wife and daughter persuaded me leave the floor as is.
