Simon was very helpful and certainly knows his business. The installers were prompt, courteous and skilled in their work. They were careful to always close the door as they brought their materials in and out of the house so our cats would not escape. We were so grateful that they were willing to move some of the furniture for us. We are both in our 70s and just not able to move certain pieces of furniture. They just smiled and said the pieces were not heavy. However, Linda did express concern that they did not wear weight belts when they moved furniture or carried in the carpet rolls.
