This is the second review that I have written--I don't know what happened to the first, but I will tell you again that I was extremely satisfied with the sales persons at the store ( Mr. Gallagher) and with the follow-up service over the phone on my order of over $1,000 for a new carpet for my living room and installation of carpeting in other parts of the house, with Bob at the store and with Robert at the warehouse. The installers were also fast, efficient, and did a great job!
