I went in looking for flooring, the click lock water proof type. I ordered some flooring, paid via credit card. a day or so later, I changed my mind on the flooring as it was not really what I wanted. I called the store, I was given the sales persons personal cell #, I called him, he called the store manager, and she returned my call. I was able to cancel my order and they credited my credit card back just as fast as I had placed my order. I will be contacting them in the near future.
