I had the pleasure of working with Tom to get our whole home recarpeted. He was friendly and honest. His estimate, in store was almost identical to what he measured in our home. He was communicative and we got it installed quickly. We had some issues in our hallway with height and a loose board and they even took care of that for us. Their selections were great and priced amazing. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again.
