Carpets and Us has very personable service. They work one on one with you picking out the carpets. They come to measure and they let you take samples with you to compare against your furniture. Ever since they installed my carpet, I've received so many compliments and I'm very happy. Basically, they just have great customer service, are helpful, on time, and have beautiful carpets.
