Both Nancy and Carol were very helpful and personable. They helped me get the best carpet that fit my budget, and it is BEAUTIFUL! I had such a great experience! Two days after the carpet was installed in my room, I was right back at the store for another carpet for my sons room! Another great experience! The guys that came in to install were fast and efficient. One of the guys ( I believe his name is Giovanni) actually pointed out the fact that our little 6lb chihuahua got out. He then helped me run after her and he caught her! I highly recommend Carpets & Us!
