I actually dealt with Carpets and Us 25 years ago when I bought my home and they did all the carpeting in my house. We liked them so much that 25 years later we remembered them and went back! They were very patient with me making my decisions. They didn't rush me in any way shape or form. They were very accommodating all around. This time they were installing some new carpet on my steps. It looks beautiful. They were very clean when they did the installation. It was just great!
