Lock Insurance so far seems like a really good company. It is my first time trying them out. My son has been using them and has been very pleased with what they do. Fortunately, I have not had to put in a claim yet, so I cannot say anything about that situation. Lock Insurance staff has been really friendly, professional and easy to set things up with over the phone. Their prices seem reasonable. There are also features they offer on their policy that they do not charge extra for when other companies would charge you for those additional things. I definitely would recommend them.
