I have been using Lock Insurance for two years now. I use them for my home insurance. They are friendly, professional, and easy to get in contact with when I need to. My agent has been very good about trying to make sure that I have the right coverage. I have not had to make a claim, so I'm not sure how all that process works, but so far, they have been fine.
