When I called Lock Insurance they were very helpful. This is my second year working with them and I stuck with them because the customer service was very helpful. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service. The rates are OK. The only thing I don't really like is that they estimate your house value higher than it's currently valued, which increases costs.
