We are extremely happy with the service we have been receiving from Lock Insurance the past 5-7 years. We have been working exclusively with our rep Amanda and she really provides us with consistent great customer service. If we ever have any questions or inquiries we give her a call and she is able to quickly provide us with a response. They are responsible for our private home insurance as well as the insurance for two rental properties that we lease out. They deal with claims accurately and efficiently, we've never had any issues with them which is why we will keep coming back!
