We've been with Lock insurance for about 10 years now and have just recently had to contact them for our first claim. We had some small issues with the process but not necessarily with Lock Insurance themselves. We were given a number to contact our claim adjuster and after multiple tries could not get in contact with him. We were able to get in contact with our agent at lock insurance and he was able to help us out with the whole process. If we didn't have to go through that small hiccup we would definitely give them 5 stars. We will continue to use them and would recommend them to others if given the opportunity.
