We worked with Jeremy in design and it was Hector who oversaw the construction/installation team. My wife and I were impressed from the start with the computer designs and time committed to us for each appointment. Were there hiccups once the project started? Sure - but we were gutting and replacing our entire front yard (corner lot), which was over 30 years old - a major project. It's how hiccups get handled that makes the difference. Hector and the team on-site were extremely efficient, friendly and clean. Lorraine in the office was very responsive and helpful, as was Gary 'the plant guru'. And Jeremy was great following up on the back end and making sure there were no loose ends. My family and I are very happy with our new front yard! Thank you, Greencare!
