Slightly disappointed in the overall experience. Nice people, packing went fine (labeling was suspect). However, unloading wasn’t as enjoyable an experience. Local movers and driver seemed to be in hurry and race against the clock. Was raining and didn’t place rugs or shrink wrap in all areas we asked before unloading (therefore, mud on carpet). Furniture was placed and arranged in rooms as they decided, without asking how’d we like it to be. Didn’t finish putting furniture together (I helped) and placed labeled boxes in garage toward end of loading to get out quicker.
