We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the services we provided to you. We received a damage claim from you and processed your claim. We delivered you in to a storage unit and were only able to compensate you for the damages that were noted upon delivery into the storage unit. Once you moved in to the storage unit you had new claimed damages that we were unable to take liability for due to the fact that we had released your belongings at time of delivery in to storage unit and whomever delivered you in to your home needed to take liability for those damages.
