Nothing Spectacular

There's nothing fabulous that stands out about my moving experience. I chose Craig Van Lines based on the recommendations I received. They did a good job of moving my items (2 people, 3 story townhouse, moved 8 miles). I had everything already boxed/labeled and ready to go, majorityof items on main level. Furniture needed to be disassembled (2 beds and 1 futon), this was on the quote, movers were aware ahead of time. They didn't have a flathead screwdriver, I had to borrow a neighbors. During the move process they dropped 2 screws to a piece of furniture, which I had to drive back and retrieve from the old house (40mins round trip). They said they didn't have water at the new house (the water was on, they didn't bring water to new house) and asked me to purchase water for them, it was 100°, so I didn't mind...I had a problem when I saw them drinking out of their water jugs when packing up, so they had brought water. A bag of clothes broke, so they shoved the clothes on a shelf in the garage. All boxes were clearly marked (kitchen, LR, MBR, etc), 1 guy constantly asked where in the room do you want this box?
On top of these minor issues I was charged for 30mins of additional time. There were 3 men (2 men and 1 kid), the move took them 8.5hrs when estimated 6-8hrs. I believe with the discrepancies here and there it was inconsiderate of the men to charge the additional 30mins. Had they not lost the screws or came prepared to begin with they would've been closer to the 6hr timeframe.
The guys were personable and friendly, but not time efficient.
