I've used Craig Van Lines many times in thirty years. Last year alone, I used them twice! The recent move was from Northern Virginia to North Carolina. Craig's moved most of my house and my son and his family down to North Carolina. Then later in the year, they moved the rest of my stuff and me to the same place. They are incredible. I knew one of the owners from my childhood days, but even since he's been gone, the people that handle my moves are wonderful. They are easy to reach and easy to talk to. There is no automated answering system. They come out right away to do estimates and their estimates tend to be on the high side, so there aren't any surprises at the end. They tell you when to expect them and then show up on time. Nothing gets broken. Everything goes smoothly. I have nothing bad to say about them at all. It is in stark contrast to my mother's recent move from Florida to North Carolina. Her movers only managed to get half her stuff there on time and the other half arrived months later. Things were broken. It was horrific. I've never experienced anything close to that with Craig Van Lines. Craig's is exceptionally incredible!
