We used Craig Van Lines to move from Northern Virginia to our farm in Southwestern Virginia. We have stored some items with them for the last four years in deep storage. We've had no problems with their customer service or with billing. Of course, things might change when we retrieve our things from storage, but so far we are very satisfied with Craig Van Lines.
