All in all things went very well. The moving personnel were very polite and accommodating, couldn't ask for better! The really did go above and beyond to have both ends of the move go smoothly. I felt like we were in good hands. Great workers, really good team both days.

I was a little bummed by a few broken items but they were minimal (didn't exceed our deductible) in comparison with the things that made it in one piece! The estimate was also off for the packing portion of the move, we paid more than what was originally quoted. This was of particular surprising since we spent a week packing so we would come in UNDER budget and we actually exceeded the "won't exceed" quote, so that was disappointing.
