They forgot to move my paintings.

The Craig Van Lines service was good, except they forgot to bring a whole room full of paintings--about 12 big paintings--to my apartment from the other apartment. We had to get someone else to move them for us, even though they were supposed to do it. The paintings were very heavy and I was very disappointed. They didn't do what they were supposed to do completely--like move a whole room of paintings.

Ms. Shochet, I am sorry that you were not pleased with the services we provided, however in our defense we were only contracted to move furniture and were specifically told not to move the paintings. I am not sure where the miscommunication happened, but apologize that it affected your thoughts on the quality of service provided by our company. We strive for customer satisfaction and regret that we did not accomplish that in your case.
