I would rate my experience with Craig Van Lines four stars overall. We had two houses and we were going to take our items to a storage unit. The staff supposedly knew what we had and they came with a truck that was too small, so they had to make more than one trip. We also had to take our own TVs and they didn't wrap any of the large mirrors that we had.

I thought that the guys who came to the work were okay. The men showed up on time and were professional. It was easy scheduling the work with them, and I think that I would recommend them to other people. It was my first time using the company, but since I might be moving again, I might call on them again in the future.
