From the initial visit to delivery was a very positive experience. We had the NTE estimated within 24 hours. Craig provided very good tips on how to pack, we bought boxes and packed ourselves. Nothing was broken and we actually received money back because we came in under our weight. Crags prices were by far the best and we got 3 or 4 estimates.
