This was my first time using Action Plumbing Htg & Elec Inc. I had two jobs for them. Their quick response and excellent customer service are worthy of a five-star rating. Kirk arrived on time and was very customer-oriented while in my home. He fixed the plug for the tub in my bathroom and also replaced a pipe in my upstairs sink. What surprised me the most and what I thought was a very nice touch was that he followed up with a call asking me how everything was working and I appreciate that kind of service! I would use them again if needed and I do recommend them, especially Kirk who did a great job.
