My experience with Action Plumbing Htg & Elec Inc was fine. Our furnace was having issues so we noticed their number on the system itself. Since they had originally installed it we called them. Turns out it needed a new fan motor, I believe. They didn't have the part so we had to wait about five days for the part to return. I had to follow up with them, and it was when I called that I knew the part had arrived. But once it was there, they came right out to get it installed. The crew members that came out were very nice, professional, and respectful around our home. This was our first time using Action Plumbing, and we'd use them again.
