We hired Action to come out and run our first gas line. They showed up right on time and got to work. The people working were awesome personalities and made you feel comfortable with their presence. They were respectful of you and your place as they got to work.
Here’s why they’re a 3 star:
The plumber accidentally drilled a 1” hole in the front of my house through our brickwork because he didn’t match up his measurements. Since it is too cold outside they have to leave it until spring to fill it with a substance that most likely will not match our bricks. That’s a pretty big mistake.
They also pulled down ceiling tiles and damaged some edges and left the small cleanup for me. This wasn’t a big deal but it would have been nice if they had cleaned it up. They actually came up to me after the job was done and ask me if they wanted me to have them clean it up even though I had to clean up some of my own mess in the same room. That was extremely awkward so I just told them they did not need to clean it up.

All-in-all: great people, quick service one huge mistake (which I don’t think will happen again) and a little mess.
