service was excellent, and furnace was up and running in a short time. The serviceman took out the furnace filter, but he did not have a replacement. He said that someone would bring out and install a new one, but no one has shown up yet.

Action has been our service company for several years, and we have always had them check out our furnace in the fall and our airconditioner in the spring. No one showed up to check our furnace this year.

I am sorry that they did not get a furnace filter out to you. I have spoken with our general manager, Andy. Someone should be in contact with you shortly to set up delivery of a filter. They are also making sure that you are on the list of people to call to set up a clean and check in the Spring and Fall if you desire.
