A friend had highly recommended Action to me. He had worked with Carl and found him to be very knowledgeable. I had already used another company and was not happy with their service. So I called Action and asked for Carl. Wow, what a difference from my first visit with the other company!
Not only did I NOT need a new furnace, but Carl did extensive testing and found that only one small repair was needed. He also took the time to explain all that he did and why. I will recommend The Action company to anyone needing this kind of service. They are the very best in my book!
