Expensive repair
I have used Action extensively for my home for years. My concern regarding the plumbing side is the past two trips were for requests that did not seem as if they were complicated jobs. The most recent trip was to install a new kitchen faucet, which I had already purchased, and by the time he was done the bill came to over $550.00 ($448.00 labor). The technician kept finding other leaks including replacing an angle step and then a supply line to the dishwasher. Everything works fine now but they also were not leaking before except for the kitchen faucet. Honest folks but kind of a head scratcher. I will probably try a different service for my plumbing problems the next time I need it. The heating service side seems to be a bit more consistent.
