Our AC went didn't work the first time we used. It was going to get hot the following weekend and we had company coming. With the warmer temps coming, I didn't think I'd get service in time. I called in the morning and they had a service that afternoon. I didn't expect that at all. Carl was the seviceman. He pinpointed the problem vey quickly and made sure. He did not try to sell us on anything that was not necessary and informed us as to what he found along the way. He also asked if we had a coupon and told us where to find one. Thank you Carl & Action.
