He explains every detail, and lets you know that he really knows what he is doing. He lets you know all your options. If you have an emergency, he always finds some way to get there, even if it's on a Sunday afternoon. He shows up and takes care of the problem. I cannot find any other plumber in Santa Cruz as good as he. No other plumber compares to his skill level. He is hands down the best plumber around.
