Aaron and Cameron were on time, got right to work (not lazy), explained exactly what they were going to do (I had both tile and carpeting cleaned) and did it. the entire job (and it was lengthy) took a little over one hour. I have used Chem Dry in the past for many years and have never been disappointed. a STRONG five stars!
