I had used Chem Dry for many years then took a break. I did some self cleaning for a while then utilized a couple big name steam cleaning outfits for a few years. Now I am not sure why I ever took that break. Just used Chem Dry last week. Carpets feel and look so much better than after the other methods. The color seems more vibrant and the carpet fibers feel good on bare feet. All pet worries are gone, too. Mike was professional and hard working. And the office staff is amazingly polite and friendly . A+ for the whole experience!
