When I called to make my initial appt., I was surprised/disappointed that I could not have service sooner, but took a later date. I asked to be placed an cancel list. To my surprise, we were able to move up the date---totally my fault---it is Holiday time. John Ward did a great job! He spent a long time time doing an extensive job as we have had steam cleaning done annually---even with a bad stain that I didn't believe could be lightened.
