I had my car detailed at Derek's Detail in Renton, Washington, this past Saturday (11/12/11). I called at the last minute and wasn't expecting to be able to go in on the same day. However, even though they were extremely busy, they fit me in. Fernando (the manager) and his team were amazing. It is obvious that they are hard workers, committed to providing superior service, and care about their customers. Definitely worth the time and the money. This place should be the model to any business in America of what customer service should be like. If you choose Derek's in Renton, TIP THEM WELL. They deserve it!
