I have had a long-standing relationship with McNeil Construction encompassing over 25 years and a number of successful projects. I have known Brad a long time and he has done quite a bit of work for me over the years. Single-family residential construction projects have been the total nature of our work. Their pricing is very fair. The workers are good and have completed most projects on time, although they did go past the deadline on the most recent project. That was a problem because it pushed back the owner's schedule. However, their customer service is good and they are easy to work with.
