This was a second home and it was a long project because of us, not because of McNeil Construction. Brad completed it, and then we lost the house during the fire and he helped us rebuild it. He was there, he did it, and he completed the project again. It was really good quality and he used really good subs. With any building project, there are extra costs which he was upfront about and came up with solutions. His communication was excellent. The quality of the building of the house was excellent.
