Real Property Management Select is doing a good job. I've been with them for about two years now. They do the work for me and it is easier because I'm not in the same city. They deal with all the repair people so I won't have to deal with a call in the middle of the night.

The only thing I've had trouble with is their end of the month statements, but it might be just me. In the statement they repeat things in the ledger twice which would be easier if the item was there only once.
