Everyone at Honest Install is very knowledgeable and very friendly. However, they're often quite busy, so for some projects I simply wasn't able to get a hold of them. From a preference stand point, they are always the #1 person I want for a project, but they're very busy and their prices are a little high, though I suppose you get what you pay for.
I use them again and again for any project that I am able to, and I totally recommend them.
