Initially I had went online to find a reputable company and Honest Install came up in the search. I decided to choose them over their competition because of their good reviews and for their online appearance which looked legitimate. Their webpage looked professional. So, needless to say this is my second time using them and I like how I was remembered from the first experience, so there was a little rapport there between myself and the company. This time they moved my flat screen tv from one location to another and then mounted the tv at the new location. The technician was professional and on time. The most positive part of my experience was the installer who was pleasant and got things done quickly and efficiently.
