I had Eric and Drew on day of installation. I found them both to be very knowledgeable, patient and ensured that we were satisified with the job. I feel this industry is full of people trying to sell you things you don't need. I have not found this with honest install. It was raining on the day of install and they were prepared with drop cloths to ensure that they did not track it through the house. After install, they left the extra wires very organized.
This is my second honest install and I would use them again. Thanks Drew and Eric for your help with my new systems!
