I obtained a couple of bids and felt like the Honest Install price and service was what I needed to install a 65" flat screen TV in my downstairs family room. I also requested installation of inwall speakers and a infared repeater to make the remotes work when the equipment cabinet doors were closed.
The two man crew of Drew and Chris showed up right on schedule and got right to work. They quickly determined that the inwall speakers would not fit as planned due to only having 5" of clearance between load bearing studs. They offered to bring out and install their sound bar but I opted to go purchase one from Best Buy to match the Vizio TV and get the 24month free financing.
They did a great job of concealing the wiring for both the TV and sound bar. Then they relocated my cable STB and some audio equipment. They organized the wires and made everything neat and orderly. While they installed the HDMI cable they went ahead and installed an extra one to allow for future addition of another device.
The sound bar included a Bluetooth subwoofer and two rear speakers wired into the subwoofer. They offered to hide the wires in a "cable race" but I declined since we are planning to move the furniture in that room and may relocated the subwoofer. Since they were installing a new TV they also helped me with the startup process and made sure the cable and TV remotes worked together.
The installers made sure I understood all the things they completed before they left. All total the job took about 4 hours to complete
