The initial contact to make the appointment, the follow-up on the request, the in-home visit which began promptly at the previously scheduled time, and the billing were all handled professionally. The technician, Chris, did an outstanding job of listening to my requests, quickly and expertly fixing the problems, and then patiently and clearly explaining how to operate my surround sound system. He was very courteous and professional throughout the appointment. I will definitely call this company the next time I need help with my home theater system.
