Tom was great to work with through the sales process. The installers were on time, cleaned up after the install and explained the functions. Next up is surround sound.

Just a point of interest, we had FIOS installed at the same time and we needed an outlet dropped in a wall. The FIOS guy say no way, the Honest Install guys said that when they return for the surround sound they would drop the outlet.
