Fares, my installer, was smart, articulate, and very polite. He explained my options. When he encountered obstacles, he informed me about them and gave me choices. This guy is outstanding. I will use Honest Install again. I am very happy with my Master Bedroom television installation. It was a difficult installation through the attic down through an outside wall along the roof line.
